Currently hiring contracting clinicians with a passion for helping first responders. Part-time to full-time opportunity available.
Duties include:

• Providing counseling to first responders and family members
• Conducting wellness checks
• Providing critical incident defusing and debriefing services
• Assisting in in-service trainings
• Psychological assessment (preemployment and fitness-for-duty evaluations- psychologists only)
• Public safety peer support and CISM team oversight

Required Qualifications and Characteristics:

• Independently licensed to provide mental health services in the state of Arizona (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist) OR pre-licensed psychologist. Associate-level master's licenses (LAMFT, LAC, LMSW) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supervision provided.
• Interest in supporting and advocating for first responders
• Willingness to receive additional training and education related to working with first responders
• Willingness to provide in-office services in Scottsdale (some telehealth allowed)
• Ability to work a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week

Preferred Qualifications/ Characteristics:

• Experience in working with or being a first responder or veteran
• Experience and training in trauma-specific modalities (EMDR, Brainspotting, SE, CPT) or CISM
• Willingness to provide emergency services (for example, critical incident response)

As a 10-99 contractor, you will have flexibility over your schedule. EMR and office space provided.

Pay: $58-$150 per clinical hour, depending on licensure, experience, and service provided
